We deliver map‑centric SDKs — GLMap, GLRoute, GLSearch — to teams in navigation, travel, and logistics. Your mission: find and engage developer and product teams, turning interest into qualified sales opportunities.

What you’ll do

  • Research and build target lists of mobility, logistics, travel, and GIS companies in Europe and beyond.
  • Run multi‑touch outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, industry groups) to generate qualified leads and book discovery calls.
  • Create and iterate marketing assets — case studies, blog posts, short videos, slide decks — highlighting our technical advantages.
  • Own the lead funnel: track metrics in CRM, measure campaign ROI, and report weekly on pipeline health.
  • Coordinate with product & engineering to craft feature‑focused messaging and ensure tight feedback loops.
  • Represent Globus.software at meetups or conferences (optional travel, 2–3 events per year).

Must‑haves

  • 2+ years in B2B tech marketing, growth, or SDR/BDR with demonstrable lead‑gen results.
  • Fluent English (C1+); outreach and content for an international audience.
  • Hands‑on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot/Pipedrive (or similar CRM), and email automation tools.
  • Data‑driven mindset: comfortable setting KPIs, running A/B tests, and pivoting based on numbers.
  • Self‑organized, creative, and proactive; able to plan and execute campaigns end‑to‑end.

Nice‑to‑haves

  • Familiarity with mobile SDK / developer‑tool audiences.
  • Additional languages (Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, German) for regional outreach.
  • Experience building content calendars or running paid ads (LinkedIn, Google Ads).
  • Basic graphic or video editing (Canva, Figma, DaVinci, etc.).

Mobile SDK Engineer (Flutter + iOS/Android) — Warsaw

We build high‑performance mapping frameworks — GLMap, GLRoute, GLSearch — powering offline navigation and geospatial apps worldwide. We’re opening a new Warsaw office and looking for a mid‑level engineer who loves clean architecture and shipping real products.

What you’ll do

  • Design and implement cross‑platform features for our mobile SDKs (Flutter plug‑ins plus native Swift & Kotlin wrappers).
  • Build and maintain demo apps that showcase new capabilities and serve as code references for client teams.
  • Draft concise developer docs, code snippets, and “Getting Started” guides.
  • Profile and optimize performance (memory, FPS, battery) across iOS and Android.
  • Collaborate with C++ core‑engine developers; propose architectural improvements.
  • Contribute to product decisions, QA, release planning, and technical interviews for future hires.

Must‑haves

  • 3–5 years of professional mobile experience, with production apps on iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin/Java).
  • Commercial Flutter/Dart experience (at least one released app or sizeable feature).
  • Solid grasp of mobile app architecture (MVVM / Clean / Compose, etc.).
  • Git, CI/CD basics, and the ability to debug native + Flutter call stacks.
  • Good spoken and written English (all code/docs in English).

Nice‑to‑haves

  • Familiarity with modern C++17/20 (our rendering core).
  • Experience with mapping/GIS/routing SDKs (Mapbox, HERE, Valhalla, etc.).
  • Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile or React Native knowledge.
  • Strong unit‑testing culture, performance‑profiling tools, or shaders/OpenGL/Metal.
