Mobile SDK Engineer (Flutter + iOS/Android) — Warsaw

Employment type: Warsaw, Hybrid (B2B)

We build high‑performance mapping frameworks — GLMap, GLRoute, GLSearch — powering offline navigation and geospatial apps worldwide. We’re opening a new Warsaw office and looking for a mid‑level engineer who loves clean architecture and shipping real products.

What you’ll do

  • Design and implement cross‑platform features for our mobile SDKs (Flutter plug‑ins plus native Swift & Kotlin wrappers).
  • Build and maintain demo apps that showcase new capabilities and serve as code references for client teams.
  • Draft concise developer docs, code snippets, and “Getting Started” guides.
  • Profile and optimize performance (memory, FPS, battery) across iOS and Android.
  • Collaborate with C++ core‑engine developers; propose architectural improvements.
  • Contribute to product decisions, QA, release planning, and technical interviews for future hires.

Must‑haves

  • 3–5 years of professional mobile experience, with production apps on iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin/Java).
  • Commercial Flutter/Dart experience (at least one released app or sizeable feature).
  • Solid grasp of mobile app architecture (MVVM / Clean / Compose, etc.).
  • Git, CI/CD basics, and the ability to debug native + Flutter call stacks.
  • Good spoken and written English (all code/docs in English).

Nice‑to‑haves

  • Familiarity with modern C++17/20 (our rendering core).
  • Experience with mapping/GIS/routing SDKs (Mapbox, HERE, Valhalla, etc.).
  • Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile or React Native knowledge.
  • Strong unit‑testing culture, performance‑profiling tools, or shaders/OpenGL/Metal.

What we offer

  • 12,000–16,000 PLN / month on B2B + performance review after 6 months.
  • Impact: small expert team, green‑field demo apps, and a chance to shape SDK APIs used by thousands of developers.
  • Conference/training budget and the freedom to propose and own technical initiatives.

How to apply: Share your CV/LinkedIn plus links to shipped apps or GitHub to [email protected].
